1.0  Overview
_____________

    1.1    This document describes how to use the sas2ircu Configuration 
           Utility.  sas2ircu is a command line utility that runs in the DOS, 
           Linux, or Windows environment.  sas2ircu is a minimally interactive 
           program that can be executed from a command line prompt or a shell 
           script.  The result from invoking this utility is communicated via 
           the program status value that is returned when the program exits.

2.0  Installation and setup instructions

    Installation
    ------------
    To use the sas2ircu utility, copy the zipped executable onto the target 
    system and unzip it.  There is no setup.
	
	
3.0  Usage information
______________________
		
    sas2ircu uses a command line interface.  For detail usage information, run 
    the utility with no parameters.  Usage information will be displayed in the 
    command console.


4.0  Unattended Mode
____________________

    This utility can be scripted for use in unattended applications.
